Each Sunday we gather together at 11am for worship and fellowship.

Tea and coffee are offered after the Morning Service (served at tables)

Park Church

Rev Attie Van Wyk will preach on Sunday 28 November as sole nominee to be the minister of this parish.

There will be a vote immediately after the service as to whether Attie will be elected as the minister of Park Church. Only those who are on the electoral register of the congregation will be entitled to vote. The Interim Moderator, Rev Alan F Miller, will advise on the procedure to be followed.

If the vote is in favour of Rev Van Wyk, you will have the opportunity to sign the Call on leaving the church. There will be further opportunities to sign the Call after the Sunday service on 5 December and 12 December; and also in the Church office on Tuesdays – Fridays from 10 am to 12 noon until Friday 10 December. The signed Call will then be forwarded to the Presbytery of Stirling.

Here We Come A-Carolling

Following their successful concert in St Columbas Church in December 2018,  The Strathcarron Singers are presenting a concert in Park Church on Sunday 12th December at 2.00 pm entitled Here We Come A-Carolling to raise funds for Strathcarron Hospice. The performance  celebrates Christmas tradition in music, prose and poetry from Victorian times to present day, and the choir will be joined once again by the Edwin Drood Players.
Although this is a free concert seats must be booked in advance by calling the Booking Line on 07389 895411. There will be an opportunity at the end of the concert to give a donation to the Hospice.

Before COVID19, the Choir regularly sang an anthem at the Sunday services, and, although it may be some time before we can do so again, to start practices is a significant step on the road back to normality.

Park Church Coffee Club meets on Thursday mornings from 10 to 11.30am in the Main Hall and will resume on 23 September 2021.

Everyone is welcome, so please come along, enjoy the home baking and make new friends.

The Ladies Group Committee are delighted to be able to announce a programme of speakers for the new session starting in September.


After the  past year we are looking forward to being back together as a group even if we may have to make a few changes to table layout and catering arrangements to comply with any Covid restrictions.

We can assure you the welcome and fellowship will be just as warm as before.

The Ladies Group meet on alternate Monday evenings at 7.30pm in the church hall.

The group is open to all, not just members of the congregation and a very warm welcome is extended to anyone wishing to join us at any of our meetings.

Nominee for our new Minister

On Sunday 24th October, our Interim Moderator, Rev Alan Miller read the following formal notice-

“At a meeting held in Park Church Stirling on the 14th October 2021, the nominating committee chose the person they wish to propose to the congregation of Park Church Stirling to be our new minister. The name of the person proposed is the Rev Attie Van Wyk. Arrangements have been made for the Rev Attie Van Wyk to conduct public worship in the Church on Sunday 28th November at 11.00am.

Immediately after that service, there will be a vote on whether or not Mr Van Wyk should be appointed as the new minister of the congregation of the congregation of Park Church Stirling. Anyone whose name appears on the electoral register of the congregation of Park Church Stirling is entitled to vote. No other persons are permitted to vote”.

Rev Attie Van Wyck was a originally a minister in South Africa before transferring to the Church of Scotland in 2019 and who is presently minister of Liberton Northfield Church.

New Administrator

Park Church

Our Church Administrator, Duncan Crombie, retires from the Church Office on 29th October, after many years of dedicated service and invaluable support for ministers, members and visitors. Tribute was paid by the Interim Moderator during the service on 24th October when a token of our appreciation was given.

We are delighted that Mrs Sheena Tait has been appointed to succeed Duncan. She was previously Church Administrator at the Crown Court Church of Scotland. She will shadow Duncan this week and take over officially on 2nd November. Office Hours will remain 9.30-1200 Tuesday –Friday.

We wish Duncan all the best and look forward to working with Sheena.
